Due to the lovely recession, my business that has gone along swimmingly for the past few years now needs a stimulus package!! I have 5 beautiful vacation rental apartments that are usually full with business travelers, traveling nurses, and vacationers..........needless to say my inquiry's are down this year. So I made the decision to lease them out at a reduced rate for longer term stays..............at least I have that option!!
